Moab 2017

Great trip to Moab for Fall break.  Canyoneering to Morning Glory bridge in Negro Bill Canyon, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.  Dead Horse Point.  Mountain Biking.  Hiking.  Fantastic time!

Safari

After the hike it was time to relax and go on a safari.  We spent one day in Manyara Park, two days in the Serengeti, then on to Ngorongoro crater and finally Tarangire Park.  The highlight was definitely the Serengeti, where we stayed two nights in a tent camp.  This was a far cry from our mountain tents, with bathrooms, showers, double beds, gourmet meals, and zebras walking through the camp.  We saw more animals than I ever expected to see, and much closer than I ever imagined.  Here's a sampling.
